Late Arrival Policy

To ensure fairness to all students and to maintain the lesson schedule, the following policy applies:
Student Late Arrival:
If a student arrives late for a scheduled driving lesson ,the lesson will still finish at the originally agreed end time. The time lost due to the student’s late arrival cannot be extended or carried over, as instructors operate a pre-arranged schedule with back-to-back bookings.
Instructor Late Arrival:
If the instructor arrives late, the instructor will ensure that the full lesson time is provided. Where it is not possible to extend the lesson on the same day due to scheduling commitments, the missed time will be added to a future lesson or otherwise made up at a mutually agreed time
